Delegate Dillon moved to amend the bill on page 14, section 2, line 104, following the period at the end of the sentence by inserting the following subsection:

(h) A classroom teacher who obtains an Ed.D. or Ph.D. in an education-related area of study shall be exempt from the requirement of paying to update his or her licensure, and keeping his or her educational license, administrative license, and endorsements active: Provided, That such licensure may be revoked for justifiable cause.
